Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Address Change Requests:

Shipping address change requests are not accepted! If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please make a new order with the correct shipping address and let me know immediately after the new order has been placed and went through so I can cancel & refund the first order with the incorrect shipping address. Due to a high flux of scammers, this policy is very strict when requesting a shipping address change.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 1 day of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or offer an appropriate solution.

Size or Fit Issues: We provide detailed size charts and descriptions to help you choose the correct size. However, if you encounter size or fit issues, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the order. We may offer guidance on resizing or provide an exchange for an alternative size if applicable.

Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of personalized items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these products unless they are defective or incorrect.

The following items can't be refunded, returned or exchanged:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale! (that are discounted at the time of purchase)

Conditions of accepted return by the seller:

Forced returns will not be refunded. Do not ship items back without a confirmation approval from me first as the refund will not be accepted as this would be a forced return.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
